    Your mind is the greatest asset that God has given you. Scientists indicate that the brain contains a hundred billion neurons; and can record eight hundred memories in a second for seventy-five years. The worst thing that can happen to a human being is to lose their mind. God created us in his own image and this includes his mind. It would not be possible to communicate with him if you did not have a mind or brain. It is the platform that he uses to communicate with us.

    God designed and created each one of us to be exceptional and unique or special in our own way. Thomas Peter puts this very well in two books he has authored titled, ‘In search of excellence’; and ‘A passion for excellence’. Personally, I hate and I am not amused by being average; and even consider it as mediocre or failure because it is very close to the bottom. The book of Chronicles records an account of a man who stood out and was singled out by God for special recognition.

    A setback is something that happens that delays or prevents a process from continuing or stops progress. A comeback is a return to an earlier or better and favourable position or condition. One can experience different setbacks - financial, relationships, job and career, personal, emotional or spiritual. Setbacks can drain you emotionally until you run out of energy and reserves and you start wondering what to do next.

    I have this dynamic faith in God that he can provide anything for me because of the murky situations he has pulled me through. We all need this kind of faith before we can venture out on the journey of success. God still affirms that He has good plans for you regardless of what you may be going through.
