Unfortunately, along with the heat comes little to no rain in the forecast, which will continue to worsen our drought conditions, with more county burn bans being issued. Hey, Pinpoint Weather Insiders, it's Chief Meteorologist Candace Campos! Between the warm and dry weather lately, my lawn has become extra crispy! Unfortunately, these drier-than-normal conditions have led to an increased concern for wildfires. It's been so dry, Lake County issued a countywide burn ban until further notice.
