Caris Life Sciences, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Irving, made its Nasdaq debut Wednesday under the ticker CAI, raising $494 million in its initial public offering.     Ross Perot Jr., chairman of the Dallas-based real estate investment/development company Hillwood and The Perot Group, was named Thursday as the new board chair of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He was elected to a two-year term by the chamber's board, succeeding Mark Ordan, the CEO of Sunrise, Florida-based Pediatrix. Perot was previously vice chair of the chamber's board and has been "an engaged member" of it since June 2020, the chamber said.

The 35,000-square-foot HQ at 2332 and 2340 Valdina St. will be "the new nerve center" for Koya's manufacturing and business operations, the company said, The move comes as Koya is scaling rapidly to meet rising demand for its therapies targeting venous and lymphatic diseases.
