Leading national law firm Geldards has returned to Pride Park to take up residence as a flagship tenant in the newly-refurbished Cubo office space. Based at Number One Pride Park since 2002, the Derby-based practice moved out in April to allow bespoke co-working experts Cubo to carry out extensive renovations on the building to create a unique modern workspace. In the meantime, Geldards spent three months working from office space at the renowned Museum of Making in Derby city centre.

Following a three month refurbishment of the firm’s One Pride Park offices by Cubo, Geldards will move into a newly refurbished working environment to continue its long and successful association with the city. This latest collaboration with Cubo follows Geldards’ recent successful relocation in Nottingham to Cubo’s Standard Court facility.
