Carolina is the defensive outlier in these Stanley Cup Playoffs. Only 4 defencemen left in the post season are under 6 feet tall. 3 of them are Canes. While most other teams are getting bigger on the backend, Carolina has chosen a different path.

Nick Cousins flipped 2 pucks at close friend and former teammate Anthony Stolarz. Flipped so softly Stolarz said he didn't even know it had happened. Cousins fined $2083.33, the team fined $25k. Stolarz is now out with a concussion after elbow to the head. Zero penalty. Hmmm??

What a fantastic game in Winnipeg!! Thousands of coaches have said thousands of times.... just get it to the net and good things can happen.

Despite the loss, fans are disappointed FOR the team, not IN the team. The optimism is high for the future for several reasons but in no small part because of their captain. Fans want to feel like he cares and is invested. Brady Tkachuk cares deeply and is heavily invested.

I know it feels bad right now to lose that series, but this has been a massive step forward for this team. This group has some very exciting things in its future.

That's a crushing loss for Tampa giving up 3 goals in the 3rd. Both those teams are just soooo good. Shame one of them won't be moving on.

Going to be a busy night here in Toronto. Game prep, watch parts of the 2 playoffs games and constantly checking in on election results. I watch anything that @VassyKapelos is on.

Whom ever wins this election is MY Prime Minister. I believe in democracy so I accept the decision. I have family/friends who are Blue, Red or Orange. There are things I both agree and disagree with all of them at times. Doesn't mean I don't love and respect them. #MyPM
