Unlike other recent entries in the survival genre, Rebellion's Atomfall offers players a gorgeous trot through the British countryside, breaking up the colorful environments with dingy bunkers and gloomy caves that are inhabited by things other than humans at times. After spending some time getting to know the folks of Wyndham Village and attempting to find a way out of the quarantine zone, here are my thoughts for our Atomfall review.

For my Sniper Elite: Resistance review, I've spent the past week deep behind enemy lines in occupied France, hunting down a secret superweapon, infiltrating Nazi bases, and gunning down the Sniper Elite: Resistance achievements. I love the Sniper Elite series, and Rebellion — although it is playing it safe with this sequel — has produced another fine stealth game that's all about player choice and the joys of sniping a pair of Nazi's testicles off from hundreds of meters away.

For the last week, I've been exploring dusty tombs for my Indiana Jones and the Great Circle review — uncovering mysterious artifacts, fighting fascists, and collecting the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle achievements. As one of my most anticipated titles of the year, I had high hopes for MachineGames' crack at an Indy video game. I'm very pleased to say that the team hasn't disappointed.

I’ve spent over 40 hours exploring its secrets already, coming face-to-face with its many dangers and feeling the sting of loneliness while hunting for the Stalker 2 achievements, and yet, I’ve barely managed to scratch the surface of GSC Game World’s gorgeous hellscape.

This week, players on Xbox Series X|S will be able to start collecting the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster achievements, returning to the Willamette Parkview Mall for more zombie-slaughtering fun with photojournalist Frank West. While Capcom has deeply improved the game's visuals, performance, and controls, my time with the game for our Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster review has revealed that the original game is still very much there, bugs and all... and it's wonderful.

It's been 13 years since Captain Titus took us on an Ork-slaughtering journey in the original Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine — a long wait for fans wanting more action as a hulking space warrior. World War Z developer Saber Interactive has taken the reigns for this entry, utilizing its Swarm Engine to cram countless enemies on screen at any given time, offering up a glorious bloodbath of action.

The next chapter in an ever-evolving story arrives on Xbox Series X|S with Tekken 8 on January 26, but don't let limited knowledge of the story so far or a lack of experience with fighting games in general, stop you from picking up this impressive brawler. After spending the last week punching my way through each of Tekken 8's modes — and getting punched back on plenty of other occasions — I can safely say that this is a great place to start for newcomers.
