SILVER SPRING, MD — Help from a good Samaritan led Montgomery County Police to arrest a man as the suspected gunman in a shooting on Easter Sunday in the 600 block of University Boulevard East in Silver Spring. Isaias Orellana, 46, of Silver Spring was charged after he and a friend argued with the victim and a group of people, and were assaulted, a police news release said.
