Debbie Jennings is the Policy Manager at the National Taxpayers Union Foundation. In this role, she researches tax and spending policy as well as IRS oversight and reform. Previously, Debbie worked as a tax and budget legislative staffer for former Senator Pat Toomey where she focused on issues including international tax, full expensing, retirement legislation, and cryptocurrency tax. Debbie has also worked on tax administration in state government and as an English teacher in China. She has earned a master's degree focused on international political economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in political science from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.
