    There were knocks, and then nothing. On Thursday, we stood at the site of the collapsed building in Bangkok, waiting and hoping for news that they had reached what they thought could be three survivors. In two locations they had heard noise and believed possible survivors had knocked in response to their calls. I can only imagine what the dozens of relatives and friends of those still missing were going through.

The 7.7 magnitude quake's epicenter was near Myanmar’s second-largest city and was followed by a strong 6.4 magnitude aftershock. The disaster has killed at least 150 people. On the day we visited, there were several Burmese refugees seeking medical help, including Cho Aye, who is suffering from a nerve disease.

    Jiang Hui - the son on Jiang Cuiyun who was a passenger onboard the missing flight MH370 - said he fears the day the plane is found, ITV News Asia Correspondent Debi Edwards reportsWhen we arranged to meet Jiang Hui we asked him if he had a photo of his mother he would be willing to share with us. He told us that when flight MH370 was confirmed missing he put all of Jiang Cuiyun’s photos and special items into a box and he hasn’t been able to look at them since.
