CLINICAL PERSPECTIVEComprehensive cardiac magnetic resonance-enriched phenomapping identified 3 distinct ischemic cardiomyopathy phenotypes associated with significant differential risk and response to therapeutic interventions. Quantitative cardiac magnetic resonance evaluation demonstrates marked heterogeneity in infarct characteristics and left ventricle/right ventricle/left atrium remodeling and systolic function to enable more refined prediction of potential survival benefit.
