Dr. Gannon was a leading figure in understanding geomagnetically induced currents, and ground-based magnetic field disturbance and had scientific expertise that also included radiation belt electron dynamics and geomagnetic storms. Over the years, this enabled her to guide close to 200 unique manuscripts through the review and revision process for the journal.
