Static and dynamic stress changes in the Earth's crust induced by an earthquake typically trigger other earthquakes. Identifying such aftershocks is an important step in seismic hazard assessment but has remained challenging, especially in cases involving natural fluid migration or anthropogenic fluid injections, which can occur with varying time scales and/or episodically, leading to strong temporal variations in earthquake occurrences.

1 Introduction Meteosunamis are sea level oscillations (SLOs) in the same frequency band as seismic tsunamis, but with an atmospheric origin (Monserrat et al., 2006; Pattiaratchi & Wijeratne, 2015; Rabinovich, 2020).

We study the thermal properties of impurities embedded in a repulsive Bose gas under a harmonic trapping potential. In order to obtain the exact structural properties in this inhomogeneous many-body system, we resort to the path-integral Monte Carlo method. We find that, at low temperatures, a single impurity is expelled to the edges of the bath cloud if the impurity-boson coupling constant is larger than the boson-boson one.

Radio emission from pulsars can be used to map out their distances through dispersion measure (DM), which quantifies the amount of radio pulse dispersion. However, this method relies on accurately modeling the free electron density in the line of sight. Here, we present a detailed study of the multi-wavelength emission from PSR J1720-0534, a black widow compact binary millisecond pulsar discovered in 2021, which the latest electron density model of the Galaxy (YMW16; Yao et al.
