Sad to hear of the passing of D-Day veteran Roy Hayward at the age of 99. His legs had to be amputated after an enemy shell hit his tank. We went to his home on the Isle of Wight to meet him last year and Roy was unfailingly polite with an incredibly positive outlook on life. https://t.co/hzFDLwud39
