HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Hawaiian Humane Society says a woman has been charged with animal cruelty after surveillance video showed two suspects swinging a dog by its neck and slamming the animal into the ground in Wahiawa. Cameras captured the disturbing moments Thursday around 9 a.m. in the parking lot of the Kawahi Maluwai Apartments off Wilikina Drive. The 40-second clip ended with one of the women throwing the dog into the back of a dark-colored SUV.
