The K-9 handler whose dog bit Amirah Walls at Mayfair Mall and would not let go, was not adequately trained or supervised and the incident resulted in lasting physical and emotional injuries for Walls, a newly filed lawsuit on her behalf alleges. The revelation from the handler is detailed in a Wauwatosa police report, obtained through a public records request, which documents what the handler and woman told police about the March 28 incident.
