With the 2025 NFL Draft now behind us, all 32 teams have made most of their personnel moves ahead of the new season - but that doesn't mean every roster need has been filled. For instance, take a look at the Cowboys' roster: Beyond CeeDee Lamb, Dallas doesn't have another reliable wide receiver on the roster. On the latest episode of "The Athletic Football Show," Robert Mays and Derrik Klassen discussed which pass catchers could step up for the Cowboys in 2025. Watch the full discussion below.

This year's NFL free agency frenzy was defined by big-ticket players simply returning to their current teams, with only a handful of notable exceptions. Teams were otherwise trying to patch holes using second- and third-tier players, or by using dice rolls on excellent players that have dangerous injury histories, such as Carlton Davis. No team can fix everything with just free agents, however, especially in the modern free agency landscape.

At least beyond Cam Ward, there is no consensus on where each of this year's crop of quarterbacks may get drafted. After Ward presumably becomes a Tennessee Titan, the rest of the group is a complete mystery. It's just as likely Ward is the only quarterback we see on Thursday night as it is that four quarterbacks go in the first round.

Not that Saleh is a bad DC by any means but I do prefer Allen's defense. Typically more dynamic on the back end and I prefer the way he tended to build his fronts. Saleh much better HC, though, and I would be interested in Saleh as a retread sooner than later

@QBKlass Saleh

probably the best hire they could make on that side of the ball. well done

Ben Johnson has been busy assembling a star-studded coaching staff. The leading candidate to become his defensive coordinator in Chicago is former Saints HC Dennis Allen, per league sources. https://t.co/iJCbMLJSLe
