High pressure is paving the way for another beautiful day. Under a sunny sky, highs top out in the low 90s with a light breeze. The lower humidity makes it even better! After a toasty day, temperatures fall overnight into the low to mid 60s. Thursday is a similar day with more sunshine and highs in the low 90s. It’s back to reality Friday. A wind shift from out of the southeast will usher in warmer and more humid air. Highs aim for the upper 90s through early next week.

It’s a fairly pleasant day across the ArkLaMiss. Temperatures climb into the low 90s this afternoon with plentiful sunshine. Yes, it is still a toasty day. However, the lower humidity makes it bearable. Enjoy! The next few nights will give us a taste of fall as lows bottom out in the mid 60s. Some areas may drop into the low 60s. Look for more sunshine throughout the week. Highs hover anywhere from the low to mid 90s Wednesday through Thursday.

Many of us received some beneficial rain last night. Unfortunately, it came with strong to severe storms. Quieter weather takes over this afternoon. Look for highs in the low to mid 90s under a partly to mostly cloudy sky.There is still a lot of lingering moisture, so it’ll feel close to 100 degrees. Highs hover in the low to mid 90s Tuesday through Thursday. Humidity levels are lower as well. The heat and humidity tick back up Friday into the weekend.

Good Wednesday morning! It’s a rinse-and-repeat kind of day. Temperatures soar to around 100 degrees this afternoon with hotter feels-like conditions. There’s also a slight chance of a passing shower or storm. Most locations, if not all, will stay dry. Otherwise, expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. The heat and limited rain chances are sticking with us through the weekend. Highs rebound slightly into the upper 90s early next week. It’ll still feel like the low 100s.

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - It was a hot and humid last few days across the ArkLaMiss. Temperatures on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday reached 100 degrees, with feels like temperatures even higher, at times exceed 110 degrees. While these temperatures did not break records across the region, this was the first time since August 2023 where 100 degrees was reached three days in a row.

Good Thursday morning! After a sweltering couple of days, we have some relief knocking at our doorstep. Last night’s cold front is leading us to a cooler day. Highs top out in the low to mid 90s this afternoon under a sunny sky. Feels-like temperatures may reach the low 100s for some areas. We round out the workweek Friday with temperatures reaching the mid 90s. By the weekend, highs rebound into the low 90s. Humidity levels will be lower as well.

Temperatures warm into the low 100s this afternoon with feels-like conditions near 110 degrees. Stay hydrated, keep cool, and look after your pets, children, and seniors. A cold front will push through the region overnight. While we’re not expecting rain, it will knock temperatures down into the mid 90s Thursday and Friday.

Feels-like temperatures near 110 degrees are possible. A series of dry cold fronts will lead to cooler temperatures for the rest of the week.
