The great disruptor mocks perfection and introduces disorder into creation. When I swung open the back door to let the dogs out late at night, cold rushed in around my ankles. Coming up to Shavuot this year, we asked the community for blintz recipes. Since none arrived, I offer mine. This is the recipe from a family cookbook my sisters Barbara, Janet and I made for my mother's birthday. Putting together the cookbook was Barbara's idea and she drew the pictures.
