(ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Rain is back in the forecast across central and eastern Kentucky to start the week, and some of it could be heavy at times. The Weather Prediction Center has placed most of the area under a Slight Risk (Level 2 out of 4) for flash flooding, with widespread rain totals of 1–2 inches and localized spots picking up 2–3 inches by the time it’s all said and done.
