HIGHLIGHTS What is new Key Findings •A range of deficiencies in both the conduct and reporting of RoB assessments were identified in 145 SRs reporting on interventions for cerebral palsy. •In this sample of SRs, the inability to meet appraisal standards of AMSTAR-2 for the conduct of RoB assessments was more concerning than evaluations of their reporting completeness by PRISMA 2020 guidelines.
