By Dina Kartit(Reuters) -Dutch oil and gas services company SBM Offshore reported on Thursday half-year earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) that missed consensus estimates and fell below the year-earlier level. It partly attributed the drop to ongoing supply chain challenges and a reduced contribution from the Almirante Tamandaré floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel project.

Aug 10 (Reuters) - Dutch oil and gas services company SBM Offshore SBMO.AS reported on Thursday half-year earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) that missed consensus estimates and fell below the level seen a year earlier. The group, which supplies and operates floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels, posted half-year directional EBITDA at $457 million, below the $526 million forecast by a company-compiled consensus and down 9% from one year ago.

Aug 3 (Reuters) - Belgian oil tanker and storage operator Euronav EUAV.BR on Thursday reported stronger than expected second quarter results, driven by high freight rates. The tanker market, which battled low earnings after the pandemic hit oil demand, got a boost last year when Russia's invasion of Ukraine diverted oil exports from Europe, mainly to Asia, and many Western buyers turned to other suppliers.
