Pillar restoration at the Alte Brücke Heidelberg Most people are probably familiar with the Alte Brücke Heidelberg as a photo motif. Built in 1788 as a masonry bridge made of sandstone, it spans the Neckar with seven arches with a view of Heidelberg Castle.
