According to sources, the American side suggested scheduling Keith Kellogg's visit for February 20th. It is worth noting that Kellogg was initially supposed to visit Ukraine in January, before Donald Trump's inauguration. The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs had confirmed that the visit date had already been agreed upon. However, it later became clear that Kellogg's visit was postponed. Ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi explained that this was due to legal reasons.
