Sean 'Diddy' Combs recently notched a victory in one of the many lawsuits recently filed against him. In a sexual assault lawsuit filed against him by the music producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones, a judge dismissed the majority of claims made against the embattled 55-year-old music mogul. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the judge threw out five of nine claims Jones had levied against Diddy — who recently made the head-scratching decision to collaborate with Kanye West.

Matthew Perry's disgraced doctor who's been charged in connection to the late actor's death was spotted at his California clinic. Dr. Salvador Plasencia, 42, who was charged along with Dr. Mark Chavez in connection with the death of the Friends star, was seen outside his Malibu Canyon Urgent Care clinic on Monday in photos obtained by DailyMail.com. He donned an all black outfit and blue sneakers as he looked toward the ground outside his office.

A claim has been staked for Friday's £65.3 million EuroMillions jackpot by a single UK ticket-holder, National Lottery operator Allwyn said. The ticket-holder came forward over the weekend to claim their £65,341,620.50 EuroMillions jackpot prize from Friday night's Valentine's Day draw, according to the operator. It comes as the £7.4 million Saturday Lotto jackpot has now also been claimed by a single ticket-holder.
