A portion of Highway 407 is becoming free starting Sunday, June 1, but drivers will need to know where to get off if they want to avoid getting dinged for entering the tolled portion. Premier Doug Ford’s government approved permanently removing tolls from the provincially owned portion of the highway, known as Highway 407 East. This stretch is between Brock Road in Pickering and Highway 35/115 in Clarington.
