Claudia Stallings, the chief operating officer of Wallace Real Estate, showed 6 News the latest figures for the first quarter of 2025 compared to the first quarter of 2024. The numbers are up in most categories. There are more listings and choices for families, plus the median price of a home has gone up.

(WATE) — There’s a lot of equipment behind the hot dog, barbecue, or pizza you might enjoy while watching a Knoxville Smokies game at Covenant Health Park, and the brand new shiny kitchens with state-of-the-art equipment are a chef’s dream, according to the stadium’s executive chef. The Executive Chef at Covenant Health Park, Aaron Gonnelly, guarantees some mouth watering food at the ballpark. Kitchen workers were busy preparing for the opening game.

CLINTON, Tenn. (WATE) — The owner of a flooring business in Clinton has sent a refund check to pay for faulty wooden flooring installed less than two years ago. While Lisa Hancock and her mother were surprised to get the check, they’re not totally satisfied. They expected a full refund but didn’t get one. The flooring in two rooms of Hancock’s home started coming apart about a year and a half ago. She called the business that installed it for help but said she never heard back.
