A Mount Sinai doctor who allegedly denied Hamas atrocities and hailed the terror group as “noble resistance and freedom fighters” has been fired from her teaching gig there, The Post has learned. Dr. Lila Abassi, an assistant professor of medicine at the Upper East Side hospital, was canned earlier this month after a probe into a series of disturbing online posts, a hospital spokesperson confirmed this week.
