Dear Good Job,  I manage a team of shiftless, layabout nincompoops, none of whom have likely had an original thought since they squirted their second-grade teacher with a water pistol. Productivity is down, morale is low, and half the time, I find them playing games on their computers or watching cat videos instead of doing their jobs.

Their comments were cruel and dismissive, and I was deeply shocked. This incident hit especially close to home because my 8-year-old niece is an amputee.
