At least the Los Angeles Angels are decent in Anaheim. For an underwhelming franchise, going 16-18 at home is at least decent enough to entertain the home fans. That should continue tonight against the Boston Red Sox. Boston struggles on the road, and sending Walker Buehler to the mound hardly inspires confidence. My Red Sox vs. Angels predictions and MLB picks take the value in the home team’s moneyline. First pitch comes at 9:38 ET on Monday, June 23.

The Minnesota Twins are in a total spiral, losing 10 of 13 games before this past weekend, when they were outscored 35-14 by Milwaukee. Facing the Seattle Mariners will not be much of a salve, and my Mariners vs. Twins predictions and MLB picks expect Cal Raleigh to be the one who continues bringing the hurt to Minnesota. First pitch will be at 7:40 ET on Monday, June 23, and coincidentally, yours truly will actually be in attendance.

Everyone expects Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to put the Thunder on his back and shoot for the moon with the NBA Championship on the line. Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander or Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton? My Pacers vs.

Do not overstate the New York Liberty’s demise. They are a stellar 10-2, and should remain among the top four in the WNBA standings at the absolute worst, even without Jonquel Jones. But losing Jones for more than a month will make life much more difficult, beginning tonight against the Seattle Storm. Jones’ impact will be more noticeable defensively, and thus my Liberty vs. Storm predictions and WNBA picks like the Over ahead of this 7 p.m. ET tip on Sunday, June 22.

It would have been understandable in Game 6 if Tyrese Haliburton was a bit hesitant early. He needed to see how his strained calf would react to game speed, undoubtedly stressed by the Oklahoma City Thunder’s defense. And yet, the Indiana Pacers superstar was aggressive early. If he was that assertive then, he should be even more so in Game 7 tonight, perhaps right from the opening tip at 8 ET on Sunday, June 22. Read more in my NBA picks below.
