    Some excavation work has started at the site of the Sault's former hospital. SooToday reached out to the city to see if that means the sale of the property has gone through.     SooToday was at Wallace Terrace and Goulais Avenue this afternoon during rush hour to see how drivers were adjusting after the traffic light was removed. A two-vehicle collision happened at around 4 p.m.  Several drivers were seen treating the intersection as a four-way stop. Goulais Avenue has stop signs now after traffic signals were removed. A pedestrian crossover will be added to support pedestrian access through the intersection.
