After never playing on the offensive line for the Explorers, La Salle's new coaching staff, led by head coach Brett Gordon, McKeough was given the opportunity to switch to offensive tackle before his junior season.     WILLOW GROVE — Enough was enough for Upper Moreland senior Annalise Messina. After hitting the post with her shots at least five times Tuesday afternoon in a PIAA Class 2A first-round girls' lacrosse playoff game, Messina didn't want to make it six. "Even in practice yesterday, I kept hitting the post," Messina said. "I tried not to think about it and just wanted to get the (winning) goal."She did, but not before hitting the post again.
