Few things in life are certain, but Microsoft trying to get you to switch to Edge is one of them. This time, its latest ploy comes at the expense of one of its more useful apps — Microsoft Authenticator. If you’re a frequent user of Microsoft Authenticator as a simpler, more secure way of signing into your Microsoft account, or other app accounts on your smartphone, you should know that it will lose a lot of its best features by August this year.

8.0 Beastly Asus has updated the ROG Strix Scar 18 with the latest chips from Nvidia and Intel and made a few design changes but it's mostly the same package as the last few models. We said back in March that the rumours wouldn’t be the last you heard about Half-Life 3, and would you look at that, it’s back in the news cycle. If you’re one of the billions who use WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, or Instagram, you might already be familiar. Before now, it only existed inside those apps or via its website.

It’s almost time for the next Huawei product launch. Scheduled for 15 May in Berlin, the tech company is set to unveil its latest smart wearable devices, including what appears to be the Watch 5, the successor to the Watch 4 that launched in 2023, and new editions of its Watch Fit series. The company hasn’t officially announced any devices yet, but that hasn’t stopped a few details from leaking, including one or two specs and renders of the upcoming wearables.
