High Water Festival returned to Riverfront Park in North Charleston, South Carolina last weekend, and it once again proved why it remains such a destination outside of the larger, mainstream festival ecosystem.
Headlined by the likes of Lord Huron, Arcade Fire, Mt. Joy and Counting Crows, the two-day East Coast event curated by the duo Shovels & Rope returned after a mammoth showing last year when Noah Kahan and Hozier headlined.

As he continues to tease his new album Helium, G-Eazy has been on the corresponding Helium Tour, which stopped on Saturday at The Sylvee in Madison, Wisconsin.
G-Eazy brought support from Marc E. Bassy and Goody Grace. The North American tour is in addition to G-Eazy's upcoming Las Vegas residency dates at Wynn Hotels.

SXSW on Wednesday revealed the latest additions to its 2025 music festival, the third such wave for the upcoming Austin festival and conference, which is set for its 39th annual event on March 10-15.
Today's lineup adds include Andrew McMahon's revived Jack's Mannequin project, as well as Sunflower Bean, Holy Fuck, Sofía Reyes, St. Pedro, Quiet Light, Frankie and the Witch Fingers, Amos the Kid, Pacific Avenue, Laurence Guy, Joe P and more.

The lineup for Bonnaroo 2025 is here!
On Wednesday, the Tennessee festival unveiled its lineup for this year, which includes, Olivia Rodrigo, Tyler, the Creator, Luke Combs, Hozier, Dom Dolla, Glass Animals, Avril Lavigne, Justice, Vampire Weekend, Queens of the Stone Age and more.
Bonnaroo is set for June 12-15 in Manchester, Tennessee.

SXSW is keeping with tradition, announcing its first round of music acts performing at the 2025 music festival.
The Austin festival and conference, set for its 39th annual event on March 10-15, announced the likes of Yasmin Williams, Delivery, Twin Shadow, Geographer, La Sécurité, Carter Vail, Housewife, The Ting Tings, Fake Dad, Personal Trainer, Justin Morales, Miranda and the Beat, and more.

It's been quite a busy month (and year) for Royel Otis.
The Australian outfit earlier this month released the deluxe edition of their debut album Pratts & Pain, followed by a performance at Austin City Limits Music Festival and their late-night television debut on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live!. It was all capped by a string of West Coast shows over the past few days, including a performance at the PNE Forum in Vancouver, their last North American date before heading to Europe.

Following the release of his new album Charlotte, Montell Fish has been on the road for the Charlotte North American Tour.
Variance was on hand for the Oct. 6 show at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, where Fish delivered a spellbinding show in support of the new record, which features Clams Casino, Alex G and Daniel Caesar, and was co-produced by close collaborator Jacob Portrait (of Unknown Mortal Orchestra).

Faye Webster offered up an intimate performance Monday night at the Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver.
The show was part of the singer's ongoing tour in support of her album Underdressed at the Symphony. This week, Webster also released a new song called "After the First Kiss."

Omar Apollo delivered a stunning show on Sunday night at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver.
The current North American tour follows the singer's release of his new album God Said No, which arrived over the summer via Warner Records. The tour comes at a busy moment for Apollo, who will also appear in Luca Guadagnino's new film Queer, starring Daniel Craig and Drew Starkey, which opens in theaters this fall.
