AbstractIntroduction: Group B Streptococcus (GBS) asymptomatic colonizes the female genital tract (FGT) but can contribute to adverse pregnancy outcomes including pre-term birth, chorioamnionitis, and neonatal infection. We previously observed that GBS elicits FGT cytokine responses, including IL-17, during murine vaginal colonization; yet the anti-GBS cellular immune response during colonization remained unknown. We hypothesized that GBS may induce cellular immunity, resulting in FGT clearance.

James Gunn's Superman: Legacy is only the beginning of the new DCU. Chapter 1: Gods And Monsters is confirmed to have an 8 to 10 year plan of movies and TV shows. Gunn has already stated which comics the projects will be influenced by. For example, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow will be based on Tom King's run. However, there are other comics that could be adapted in the DCU.
