DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - President Joe Biden will deliver his State of the Union Address Thursday night. Often, congressmen will bring a guest to listen to the speech. Retired Army Sergeant Leo "DOC" Kaalberg is attending the State of The Union Address as a guest of U.S. Rep. Eric Sorensen (IL-17). "It's probably one of the biggest honors of my life," Kaalberg said. Kaalberg served as a combat medic in the 1st Infantry Division. He completed four tours and was awarded The Purple Heart twice.
