    Stillwater, OK – Oklahoma State quarterback Maealiuaki Smith is entering the transfer portal. ESPN first reported the move, it was later confirmed by News 4’s Dylan Buckingham. Smith had 14 power five offers coming out of high school before choosing OSU. The California native appeared in just four games for the Cowboys last fall and was able to keep his redshirt status. The freshman went 44 of 74, 489 yards, 2 touchdowns and 4 interceptions in his lone season in Stillwater.

Former Heritage Hall and Creighton star Trey Alexander earned G League Rookie of the Year for his time with the Grand Rapids Gold. The G League affiliate of the Denver Nuggets. Alexander averaged 26.1 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and 1.6 steals per contest in 22 G League games this season. Alexander has appeared in 22 NBA games with the Nuggets this season.

    Norman, OK – Oklahoma All-SEC freshman Jeremiah Fears is forgoing the rest of his college eligibility and entering the NBA Draft, he tells ESPN. In Fears’ lone season at OU he started 31 of 34 games averaging 17 points, four rebounds, four assists on 43 percent shooting from the field. He also played 30 minutes a contest. Fears led the Sooners to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2021. ESPN considers Fears the 7th ranked prospect in the upcoming NBA Draft.
