PCSD 25 forming Highland rebuild committee, seeking parent, community input POCATELLO, Id (KIFI) Pocatello/Chubbuck School District 25 is looking for parents and others to be on the Highland High School Rebuild and Design Committee. The committee will initiate activity in April 2024 and continue for the duration of the Highland High School rebuild project. Parent representatives or community members may not be employed by PCSD in any capacity.

Idaho Falls Temple partially evacuated Idaho Falls, Idaho (KIFI)- The temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was partially evacuated Friday morning. Idaho Falls police tell Local News 8 a woman was having a mental health episode around 7:40 am and pulled the fire alarm. That's when the evacuation process began, but was stopped when it was determined there was no threat. It is unknown if there will be any charges filed against the woman who pulled the alarm.

IFHS offering valagrams for Valentine’s Day Idaho Falls, ID (KIFI) - The choir at Idaho Falls High School is raising money for its program by offering singing valagrams this Valentine's Day. For $15 a group of singers will come a sing to your loved one on Valentine's Day. It is just for Wednesday, Valentine's Day itself and they are limited to within 10 miles of Idaho Falls High School. There are seven different groups to choose from with each one providing a choice of a few songs.

POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI) - This month, hospitals around east Idaho and the country will be participating in the 24th annual Brake for Breakfast event. It is a free drive through event for the community to get breakfast, goodies and information as part of breast cancer awareness month. This year's event at Portneuf Health in Pocatello will begin at 6:15 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct 4. It will go through 10 a.m. or until supplies run out.
