Delhi: A 21-year-old man died after being electrocuted while attempting to operate a pump in an underground parking lot in southeast Delhi. The incident happened on Saturday (April 27) in the New Friends Colony area. The victim, identified as Karthik, was employed on a contractual basis with the water management board, as per an India Today report. His duty was to alleviate the water accumulation in the lowest basement level of the parking lot.
