The establishment comprises a restaurant, cafe, bar, and a glass house for events, accompanied by a generously spacious outdoor area. The concept of ‘Dawn to Dusk’ is vividly expressed in both its exterior and interior design. ‘Dawn’ and ‘Dusk’ can be portrayed through the image of the Sun when it appears and disappears.

Text description provided by the architects. Haritha Retreat is a private residence that design accordance with the client’s personal need and contextual force. This house was designed for an extended family. The house is located in the congested residential hub in the city of Pepiliyana. Key concept- Trying to create views within the site while shrouding off the poorly laid out and constricted concrete jungle of houses and buildings beyond the site, which became the catalysis for the design.

Architecture with creative space and change- The project is an advertising company office building in the site on the back road of Hakdong-ro, Gangnam-gu, and the biggest goal is to differentiate the building as a creative space from surrounding rental buildings that seek an economical floor area ratio. We thought about how to contain the city and nature within the limited scale of the site.

Permits have been filed for a new four-story apartment infill at 345-349 3rd Avenue in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond. The plans will demolish an existing 1898-built three-story home. Schaub Li Architects is sponsoring the project on behalf of the property owner, Diana Y. Chou. Chou plans to replace the existing home with three new apartments available for ownership.
