It has been almost a year since I last wrote to you about the Luxapalila Valley Railroad denying me access to the majority of my property. As an exasperated, law-abiding citizen, I’m saddened to say that this situation has not been remedied. The railroad continues to deprive me of my constitutional rights, and they have threatened legal action against me if I attempt to access my land. As a refresher to the public, my property encompasses a total of 7.1 acres.

I live at 8 Black Creek Road, and the Luxapalila railroad runs through my land and divides it. For 85 years, I have lived as a free man with constitutional rights recognized by the law. Now, those rights are being infringed upon by the Luxapalila railroad.
