    We are delighted to announce that Caroline Harper of Be First has been appointed by our board as the new chair. Caroline is Director of Planning & Development (Deputy MD) at Be First, Barking and Dagenham Council’s regeneration arm. She joined the Future of London board in 2023. After ten years in planning roles with CBRE and JLL, Caroline joined Be First as Chief Planning Director in 2018. She was awarded “inspirational leader of the year” by RTPI in 2023.

Future of London’s Emerging Talent Programme was handed the “best innovation” award at the BPIC Awards for inclusion in the built environment sector.
