Here we speak with Kai Kamaka III, who is gearing up for a June 28th matchup with Pedro Carvalho in the next installment of PFL’s 2024 regular season. Kamaka was a Bellator fighter who went to the UFC, where he experienced an odd 1-2-1 run that could have easily been a 3-1 run if not for some weirdness. Kai defeated Tony Kelley in his UFC debut in 2020, and then lost a short notice bout to Jonathan Pearce after that.

The UFC 302 fighters will step on the scales today for weigh-ins. Today is the day that UFC 302 bouts become official, as all twenty-four fighters weigh-in. The official weigh-ins are scheduled to start at 9:00am ET, with the ceremonial weigh-ins starting later on at 5:00pm ET. The marquee matchup for UFC 302 will involve a lightweight title fight between the current king, Islam Makhachev, and his challenger, Dustin Poirier.
