We often hear about women supporting women, but it’s less common to see two women collaborating and combining their expertise, wisdom and energy to create something bigger than they could on their own. DITCH Our inner critic The challenge of self-doubt will no doubt be a fixture for many come the new year. Yet, a change in mindset and approach could start your year off with renewed vigour. While that may sound a tad melodramatic, let’s put it into practice. If you regularly approach a work task with negative expectations then you’re not giving yourself the best chance to succeed. Why not consider a positive or even neutral approach? Remember, you have a choice.
