Colleen Callander and I met when she was the CEO of Sportsgirl. I was her coach for 10 years while she sat in that seat and what we worked towards during that time was building a high performance career as well as a high performance life.

DITCH Our inner critic The challenge of self-doubt will no doubt be a fixture for many come the new year. Yet, a change in mindset and approach could start your year off with renewed vigour. While that may sound a tad melodramatic, let’s put it into practice. If you regularly approach a work task with negative expectations then you’re not giving yourself the best chance to succeed. Why not consider a positive or even neutral approach? Remember, you have a choice.
