I've used Samsung's Galaxy S25 Ultra for a week now and have been enjoying its design refinements, updates like a new higher-resolution ultrawide camera and lots of AI. And while Samsung's follow-up to last year's Galaxy S24 Ultra feels like more of the same, it also carries over one of that phone's best features: an anti-reflective coating that makes the display look less like a mirror.

I've been using Samsung's new Galaxy S25 Ultra for a couple of days, and I have a confession to make. For years, my absolute favorite ultrawide camera found on any phone was on Samsung Galaxy S models, and the new version on the S25 Ultra is even better. When the Galaxy S10 series dropped in 2019, I couldn't take enough photos with Samsung's first ultrawide camera. Was it perfect?

We've all been there: I'm on an evening flight and someone pulls out their phone and lights up the cabin like a Broadway musical.
