April 17, 2024 It’s official, Bitcoin entered its unit of account era. The special economic zone of Próspera became the world’s first jurisdiction to adopt Bitcoin as such. In the grand scheme of things it might seem like a small development, but this is a giant leap for mankind. The possibility of using Bitcoin as a unit of account opens up a whole new world for Bitcoin-focused companies. It also presents new challenges, which we will explore in the following paragraphs.

March 8, 2024 I’m not a technical Bitcoiner, so, I was hesitant to buy a ticket for BTC++ Buenos Aires. The thing is, last year, I decided not to go to Labitconf because of ideological differences and my hands were itching for a Bitcoin-only conference. Also, the early bird tickets were selling fast.
