Governor Bassey Otu has approved construction for two flyovers and the upgrade of a 4.8-kilometer road in Calabar. This announcement was made by Mr. Darlington Edem, the Deputy Chief Press Secretary to the Governor on Friday. The new flyovers will be built at the busy Mobil junction and at the Effio-Ette roundabout. According to Edem, this project is part of the government’s plan to enhance the look and feel of Calabar.
