According to the Minot Police Department, just before 3 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a report of a deceased man in the river. The person was discovered by people who had been fishing in the area, and the Minot Fire Department recovered the body.

According to the Minot Rural Fire Department, the wildfire started around 11 a.m. on Sunday. Crews from several agencies responded to the fire, which has been fully contained.     WILLISTON, ND (KXNET) — The Williston Police Department has received reports of a cryptocurrency scam that has been targeting local residents. According to the WPD Facebook page, some Williston locals reported being scammed by a fake investment group using the name PIMCO. Victims were allegedly lured into investing thousands of dollars into a cryptocurrency trading app called “Caesar,” only to find that their accounts were then locked and they couldn’t get their money back.
