If Marner is leaving Toronto for good, at least he put up one of his best statistical seasons before goingToronto Maple Leafs fans have been dazzled by the magic of Mitch Marner for almost the past decade. It sure feels good for Toronto to have a player putting up superstar numbers in the lineup, even with a catchTo be put in the same sentence with Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees can be quite the accomplishment. After all, the Yankees superstar at this moment is flirting with hitting .400 for much of the 2025 season while at the same time, putting up eye-popping offensive numbers at a pace that we haven’t seen for decades.

After putting together a solid rookie campaign in 2023-24 in which he finished with 15 goals and 20 assists for 35 points in 80 games played, Knies quickly evolved and matured into the power forward that many envisioned him to be.
