COLUMBIA, S.C. — It's nice when you get to start your summer mornings outside. It's warm, so you don't need a jacket. It's not sweltering hot, even though you know later in the day it will likely be. COLUMBIA, S.C. — Friday marks the official start to Summer season and this is, climatologically when it starts to get hotter. The U.S. Southeast states, from the Lower Mississippi River Valley across to the Carolinas already have been dealing with abnormally warmer temperatures. COLUMBIA, S.C. — It's Sunday, and it's Father's Day, and the weather is going to feel less like June and more like July in Jamaica! Statewide, the air temperatures are forecasted to be in the upper 80s to low 90s in the afternoon. These expected late Sunday temperatures will be seasonably on par with how high it should get. The catch is that it's going to be very humid. Actually, it's been very humid for the last several days.
