Schools are removing analogue clocks in exam halls because teenagers can no longer tell the time. In some schools throughout the UK, digital clocks have been installed after GCSE and A-level students complained that they couldn't read the correct time, adding to the stress of examinations. Children have to learn to tell the time using an analogue clock by the age of seven – but it appears many quickly forget the skill.

A young woman who is 'hoping to retire early' has revealed the items she would 'never' spend her money on. Mia Rose McGrath, who is 24 and has £80,000 in savings, hopes to retire by the time she's 40. She currently lives in London in a zone 2 flat that she shares with her partner and split the rent and bills equally. Mia hopes to 'soft retire' by the time she's 40 - meaning she will likely still do part time work or things she's 'passionate' about, but won't need to work full time to 'stay alive'.

With their adorable teddy bear-esque coats and Instagram-perfect curls, it's no surprise that poodle crosses and other designer breeds have become all the rage. But the reality of owning a cockapoo, cavapoo or any other 'doodle' is far from the picture-perfect impression given on social media. The 60-year-old Hollywood actress shared the anecdote on the latest episode of India Hicks' podcast, which was released over the weekend. Brooke was discussing the International Women's Day panel in Austin, Texas, from March 2024, where she had been joined by Meghan on stage.

Still looking for people for this, for a story for this week. Particularly for poodle crosses! #journorequest

Looking to speak to any dog owners (particularly of cavapoos) who feel like they were 'missold' their pet - eg if it had behaviour/health issues. Deadline is early next week, email is in my bio. Thanks! #journorequest
